It is a study, survey, planning, and budget estimation for the development of flood control, rainwater drainage, and wastewater treatment systems. The project study areas are the Pattaya City and contiguous areas, including Pattaya City, Nong Prue Town Municipality, Bang Lamung Sub-district Municipality, Takhian Tia Sub-district Municipality, Pong Sub-district Municipality, Huai Yai Sub-district Municipality, Na Chom Thian Sub-district Municipality, Khao Chi Chan Sub-district Municipality, Nong Pla Lai SAO, and Khao Mai Kaeo SAO.
