It is the Feasibility Study (FS) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to divert water from the Salawin River and its tributaries. The feasible diversion route is the Yuan Dam-Bhumbibol Dam Diversion Route, which diverts water from the Yuam River to the Bhumibol Dam. The annual average diversion volume is at 1,795 m3/sec while the diversion rate is at 182.52 m3/sec. The total length of the diversion tunnel is approximately 62 km. There are beneficial agricultural lands during the dry season in the project area, totaling 1.3 million rai.
